(Real Estate Companies, Realtors, Brokers, Real Estate Agents Only)
The
MCMS Directory maintains and reserves the right:
To request and verify the length of time any
advertiser has operated the business as well as the
advertiser’s current standing with the Better Business
Bureau and other Agencies prior to allowing a listing or advertising be inserted into the directories
or web sites.
To place the listing
in the City Area Directory nearest to the city requested
upon submission and to relocate the listing if an a
new City Area Directory is
opened.
To disapprove, restrict, limit or remove any
advertiser or
advertising from the directories or web sites.
The
MCMS Directory accepts no liability for
inaccuracies, errors or omissions of information
included or communicated from or through our directories
or web sites.
Advertisers included in the directories or websites agree to receive communications regarding
directory status, updates, information and services.
The
MCMS Directory operates on a server owned by a reputable
Hosting Service Provider. Under absolutely no
circumstances will the Hosting
Service Provider be liable to any individual,
organization body or entity for any damage or loss
associated
with the inability to access the directories
or web sites due to server malfunction, loss of internet
connection or any other means that creates the inability to
access the directories or web sites.
Please
maintain your listing and contact information up to
date. If a Standard Directory Listing is found to be
incorrect, the link will be removed from the Directory.
To request modifications / changes to a Standard
Directory Listing, complete the Modify Directory Listing
Form which can be accessed at the bottom of the main
Directory pages.
Directory listing
formats, programs, services, promotional offerings,
conditions of use and
pricing are subject to change.
Under absolutely no circumstances will
the MCMS Directory be liable to any individual, organization, body or
entity for any damages or loss associated with, or
resulting from exercising the rights
stated within these Conditions.
